Terms & Policies

Shipping: We always attempt to ship our orders on the day they are received. Our shipping is provided by USPS Priority Mail. Our orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders reveived after 2 pm are shipped the following day, or the following Monday if the order is received after 2 pm on Friday.

Availability: While we always try to maintain a good level of stock on everything we offer, occasionally we may be temporarily sold out of a particular item. We reserve the right to substitute a product with a comparable product, or a different size portion. We will attempt to contact you before we substitute any product. If you have purchased a gift basket, we may provide a basket that does not look exactly as the photos on our web site due to availability. Rest assured that the basket you receive will be of equal or greater value than what you may have seen on our web site.

Confirmation: When your order is complete, you will immediately see an invoice containing the order number and order details, which you should print for your records. You will also receive an email confirmation from orders@iloveitalian.com containing your order details.

Refunds: Your business is appreciated, and we stand by all of the products we offer. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with anything you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to make things right. If a refund is required, we will contact you directly for your credit card information in order to generate the refund. We don't store your credit card information so we apologize for any convenience this might cause, but we think you'll prefer the security this provides over the slight inconvenience. We won't ask you to return anything, but please email sales@iloveitalian.com or call us directly at 800-854-1417 and we’ll do everything we can to take care of you!
